Returns & Exchange

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of delivery to return any items. (As required by current legal regulations, art. 102 and 104, of RDL 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.). 

To return the product you must notify us previously via email, hola@pindio.net, explaining the reasons for the return or exchange. To return or exchange the item must meet the following conditions:

You have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, and instructions for use. The return shipment to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer but in case of an exchange, you will not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order.

It is very important that we receive the product in the original and undamaged packaging. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. Nor will the return of strings, DVDs, electronics be accepted if they lack the intact original blister or seal, seal skins, ropes, and cords or tapes cut by the meter. Except for factory defects, returns will not be accepted on already mounted ski equipment. 

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, PINDIO.NET will accept the return of the product and will refund the amount due to the original payment method, and where appropriate, to the shipment of the new product: 
 

·       If payment was made by credit card or PayPal, you will be paid the amount on the same credit card or PayPal account.

·       If payment was made by bank transfer, we will request an account number to pay the amount.

 

Note: You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt in our warehouse of the exchange or return product. Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not show you the amount of the refund in your balance until the following month.

Right of withdrawal: The buyer has the right to withdraw from his purchase within 14 days of receiving the order as long as communication is made within that period, directly by the usual means of contact published on our website. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Availability of products: Pindio.net reserves the right to return the amount of your order if it is not possible to send or deliver the merchandise in the terms mentioned above.
